马来西亚观赏石协会筹委会受邀作为首届中国-马来西亚国际赏石及书画艺术邀请展主办单位之一，诚属荣幸!
马鸿斌先生是我多年的好友,大家因为赏石,爱石,藏石,就越走越近,成了莫逆之交。记得大家第一次相会在南京，中国第六届赏石展暨国际赏石展, 感觉马主席是位资深赏石人,印象中他是一位踏实的赏石文化追求者,为石文化献出一份力量,发一份光,值得看齐。
马来西亚盆景古石协会创会展中, 马鸿斌先生是受邀海外评委之一,为这次的创会展也献出一份力量,并把圆满完成工作,很是感谢!就在他这次来马工作和交流,让他更渴望中马两国在艺术界有更好的交流往来。首届中国-马来西亚国际赏石及书画艺术邀请展的举办,是最好的佐证。此举让中马两国艺术界爱好者有进一步交流合作,可谓合壁双赢!
众所周知,爱好艺术和赏石是无国界的。赏石文化在中国,有数千年的历史。古时,赏石为皇亲国戚和文人的最爱。如今,石文化将走向世界,让更多入感受它可贵,可取之处。未来石文化的推手是靠大家鼎力合作,将弘扬赏石文化作为己任。马来西亚石文化的起步和发展历史,虽说不长，始于上世纪九十年代初期, 至今也只不过是十多年的历史。发展起步较迟,但是，前途无量。
踏上二十一世纪初,世界经济朝向中国,中国成为举足轻重的经济发展大国，国强民富。赏石文化在中国如雨后春笋般的发展和传播。笔者也在这时候,踏入大陆，自费赴各省与各赏石团体交流学习,在观摩磋商石艺中，得到赏石界前辈不舍指导,受益非浅。
首届中国-马来西亚国际赏石及书画艺术展的成功举办,是淤积中马两国友好为基础的一项成果。本会筹委同仁高度重视，亦大力给于支持及配合完成盛举。此次中马艺术交流展,必定将发出亮丽的采光，尽显国际赏石艺术交流一番佳话,可喜可贺!
衷心预祝本次中马两国赏石及书画艺术结出丰硕成果, 让以两国赏石及书画为媒介,广交福友,善结有缘人。

  It is very honourable for the Preparative Committee of the View Stone Association of Malaysia was invited to be one of the sponsor of the 2007 First China-Malaysia International Ornamental Stone and Painting & Calligraphy Art Invitation Exhibition.
Mr. Ma Hong Bin is my old friend several years ago. Because we are all enjoy, love and collect stone, so we become good friend. I remembered we met in Nanjing in the Sixth View Stone Exhibition of China and International. I feel Mr. Ma is a senior expert of View Stone, a steadfast pursuer for Shang Shi culture. He is be good for us to learning for his contributed portion power and shined portion light for stone culture.
    Mr. Ma Hong Bin was be appointed to be one of the overseas judge of 1^st National Penjing and Gushi Competition sponsor by the Malaysians Penjing and Gushi Association. I thank for his approving job. He was yearn for the art exchange between China and Malaysia in this journey in Malaysia. It is be best proved for the 2007 First China-Malaysia International Ornamental Stone and Painting & Calligraphy Art Invitation Exhibition. The exhibition promote the exchange between China and Malaysia，and is double win.
     It is well-known to love art and enjoy stone is non- national boundaries. Shang Shi culture is several thousands history in China. The prince of the blood and literati enjoyed the view stone in ancient, the stone culture is got around all over the world in today and more peoples know the stone culture is estimable. Development of stone culture in future will be depend on cooperation for your kind effort and put developing stone culture as own task. The origin and the history of stone culture in Malaysia is not long, and it was began in earlier ninety age in 20 century. It is more than 10 years to this day. Though is late, but the future is rosiness.
     Come into the begin of the 21 century, economy of the word is towards China, China is become a great power of economy. I go to many provinces of China in this time at my own expenses and leaning from many Shang Shi associations. I was gained guidance with grand old man in the visit and exchange.
     It is succeed to stage this exhibition is a harvest base on amity between China and Malaysia. The coterie of our preparative committee are very regard and very support the exhibition. I believe the exhibition will shine beautiful light and a much-told story of international art exchange will write. It is be good for delightful and congratulate by us.
I congratulate to obtain plentiful harvest by Ornamental Stone and Painting & Calligraphy Art in this exhibition. It is the medium for ornamental stone and painting & calligraphy of two country and train with good friend and luck peoples.
